Disaster recovery
Depending on the location of the disaster, we can and have switched the daily operations from one office to another. During the Northridge Earthquake, we lost use of our Tarzana office for a period of one week. We had our phones and data forwarded to our San Francisco office and it became the corporate office for a short period of time. We have that capability with each of our 5 other offices located throughout the country. In addition, we back-up all of our data onsite nightly as well as in a secure offsite location.
