Free Demand/Final Notice:
There is No Charge for payments made within the free demand period when using our Final Notice forms.
Immediate Placement:
25% of the first $2,000
20% on the excess of $2,000
Legal:
30% for all claims collected by attorney and/or litigated

Litigation and Court Costs
|
There are additional charges for litigation including court costs which will vary from state to state. All requests for suit are accompanied by a recommendation. There may be additional fees charged for specialized work such as cross-complaints, bankruptcy etc....
JNA may retain compensation for its costs and expenses and all lawful sums collected over and above the principal amount of the claim.

Returned Merchandise
|
One half normal fee if merchandise is returned in lieu of payment.

Second Placements
|
Unless otherwise agreed, a fee of 50% will apply where another agency or attorney has previously handled the claim.

Discover Policy
|
None. Unlike most agencies, we adhere to "No collection, no fee".

Skip Tracing
|
No charge. Skip tracing is included in the domestic and international fee schedule listed above.

Withdrawal of Claim
|
Fees may be charged on accounts withdrawn after demand for payment has been made.

|
