Free Demand/Final Notice:
There is No Charge for payments made within the free demand period when using our Final Notice forms.
Immediate Placement:
25% of the first $2,000
20% on the excess of $2,000

International Schedule
|
Free Demand/Final Notice:
There is No Charge for payments made within the free demand period when using our Final Notice forms.
Immediate Placement:
30% of the first $10,000
25% on the excess of $10,000
The above rates for domestic and international apply to commercial claims collected in house by JNA.

Litigation and Court Costs
|
There are additional charges for litigation including court costs and suit fees when necessary. Court costs and suit fees will vary from state to state. All requests for suit are accompanied by a recommendation. There may be additional fees charged for specialized work such as cross-complaints, bankruptcy etc...
JNA may retain compensation for its costs and expenses and all lawful sums collected over and above the principal amount of the claim.

Returned Merchandise
|
One half normal fee if merchandise is returned in lieu of payment.

Second Placements
|
Unless otherwise agreed, a fee of 50% will apply where another agency or attorney has previously handled the claim.

Discover Policy
|
None. Unlike most agencies, we adhere to "No collection, no fee".

Skip Tracing
|
No charge. Skip tracing is included in the domestic and international fee schedule listed above.

Withdrawal of Claim
|
Fees may be charged on accounts withdrawn after demand for payment has been made.

No Minimums
|
None. We value all business received.
