Each JNA collector is a specialist in his or her industry as well as cross-trained on various other industries. Rigorous and ongoing training ensures that every JNA collector is skilled in the most current collection techniques and knowledgeable of the laws and rules that pertain to their industry. Staffing Needs
On an as-needed basis, we can assist our clients with their staffing needs. We are able to place our employees on site temporarily to ease the burden at specific times or to help on specific projects.
For longer-term situations, we may be able to coordinate client needs with Robert Half, Adecco, Manpower, Randstad or several other large staffing firms that are major clients of Jonathan Neil.

Comprehensive Reporting
To complement the ongoing communication from our professionals throughout the collection process, we offer comprehensive reporting that can be customized for each client and mailed at regular intervals.
Our custom software gives you exclusive access to JNA's state of the art web application and the ability to review updated file information, generating detailed reports and communicating with our collectors.

Customer letter writing
Our customer letter writing service provides an excellent and cost-effective solution to collecting a large number of past due accounts with small balances. Our-state-of-the-art network processes large volumes of claims thereby reducing client workload. In addition, JNA can field all incoming calls, reconcile accounts and follow up with direct collections if desired. Debtors can pay the client directly or to JNA. Our letters can either be scripted by the client or JNA has industry-related pre-approved letter samples. Each letter series includes an attorney letter from our in-house counsel and complies with the Fair Debt and Collection Practices Act (FDCPA) as prescribed by federal law.

Outsourcing
JNA offers an outsourcing management program that was developed in response to our client's needs and the trend of business downsizing. This cost-efficient solution extends the capabilities of a credit department and the overall capabilities of the client company to manage customers who might have gone elsewhere to purchase product. We offer an array of services to provide the level of support necessary to effectively manage these customers promptly, professionally and courteously. JNA's state-of-the-art network enables us to electronically download the data and begin to manage these customers on a variety of databases. Customers will receive the daily attention necessary and be handled just as if they were calling the client directly to make this a seamless solution.

Seminars
Clients needs vary, and often Jonathan Neil is asked to provide collection seminars on a variety of subjects. These are customized based on the specific requirements of our clients and are presented by our management staff and/or in-house legal counsel. Topics range from collection practices to credit management techniques to bankruptcy.
